HDPE coated aluminum coil uses aluminum alloy as the substrate, with high-weatherability polyester coating roller-coated on the surface and cured at high temperature. Its main performance is between polyester (PE) and PVDF fluorocarbon, with weather resistance exceeding 15 years and excellent color fading resistance. It can withstand normal sun and rain erosion, features flexible coating film with good adhesion, scratch resistance and crack resistance, and is easy to cut, bend and process.
With rich and full color options and outstanding cost-effectiveness, it meets the durability and aesthetic requirements of most outdoor architectural decorations.
