FEVE 4F Fluorocarbon Coated Aluminum Coil
FEVE 4F fluorocarbon coated aluminum coil uses aluminum alloy as the substrate, with tetrafluoro-type fluorocarbon coating roller-coated on the surface and cured at high temperature to form a film. The stable and dense molecular structure provides top-level weather resistance, corrosion resistance and UV aging resistance, with minimal fading and chalking during long-term outdoor use. The coating film is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and firmly adhered, with excellent hydrophobic self-cleaning properties.
It can withstand acid-alkali salt spray and extreme climate erosion, features permanent color retention, superior texture, strong processing plasticity and long service life, making it suitable for high-end building exterior decoration in highly corrosive and high-sunlight areas.
Conventional FEVE (double coat): 15-20 years outdoor color retention/chalking resistance
High-weatherability FEVE (triple coat): 20-25 years outdoor, premium systems can approach 25+ years (comparable to PVDF)
